Late actor Jack Palance (City Slickers), acquired one of Sean Guerrero's pieces, shown here, the large chrome Pegasus. He displayed the chrome sculpture on his 1,200-acre ranch in Tehachapi, collecting Western art & antiques to furnish and decorate the home and property.
This photo comes from the beautiful coffee-table book, People We Know, Horses They Love by Jill Rappaport. The book celebrates the intimate bond between some noted equestrians and the horses they own, ride, train-and love.
The Pegasus sculpture is made out of chrome car bumpers.
I got to spend some time with him at this ranch and see some of his painting as well as his read some of his published poetry, he was a really interesting man. Im fortunate to have been able to meet Jack.
